Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Floater: All Benevilla Adult Day Programs

• Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ. $15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates. Schedule: 30-39 hours per week between 8am-5pm. Will be floating/covering as needed at any of our 3 life enrichment programs which are located in Peoria, Sun City & Surprise, AZ. (Programs closed evenings and weekends.) As an Enrichment Partner, you will: Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities. Assist with personal care and daily living needs. Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates. Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment. Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs. What You’ll Need: Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area. High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus). Ability to pass a background check. Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
