Qualities: 1+ years sales experience Good with people,relationship builder Well spoken Organized Lifelong learner Team player Thorough Patient Persistent Self-driven/independent Accountable Honest/Integrity Responsibilities/Duties: Learn WGM culture and offerings Answer calls and book moves Follow up on leads and prospects Produce upsells and cross-sells Stay knowledgeable of packing procedures, basics and foreman training Estimate jobs (packing, supply sales, local/long distance moving, storage, etc) Build accurate estimates Participate in company training(s) Report at weekly sales meeting ( Accomplishments and Plan ) Attend Weekly sales meeting
