JV Boys Lacrosse Coach

John Stark Regional High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Varsity Boys Lacrosse Head Coach for the upcoming 2026-27 season. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for lacrosse, a commitment to student-athlete development, and the ability to foster a positive, competitive, and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop lacrosse players both on and off the field. Plan, organize, and execute practices, game strategies, and team meetings. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes. Collaborate effectively with assistant coaches, athletic staff, school administration and team boosters.

Represent the lacrosse program positively within the school and broader community.

Qualifications

Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred, but not required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff. Commitment to creating a supportive and spirited athletic environment.
