Exceptional problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to clinical reasoning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Active listening and empathetic engagement with patients to build trust and ensure patient-centered care. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple patient cases simultaneously.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-demand healthcare environment with flexible scheduling, including night shifts and on-call duties. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital health tools.
