Job description
The Director of Risk Management supports the execution of TCR’s risk management and insurance strategy, working closely with the Senior Director of Risk Management to ensure effective risk mitigation across development, construction, and operational activities. This role is primarily focused on insurance program strategy, procurement, carrier and broker management, loss control, insurance compliance, and surety oversight.
The Director will also directly manage the Claims Manager. This role is based in our Dallas office.
