Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

I’ve been a State Farm agent for 10 years and have been with the company for 18 years, starting my career right out of high school. That experience has helped shape a deep understanding of the business and a passion for developing a successful, customer-focused team.

I’m married with two kids, and we stay very involved in our community, including participating in the Polar Plunge fundraiser each year. Giving back and staying connected locally is an important part of who we are. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
