GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Learning & Development Business Partner is responsible for designing, coordinating, facilitating, and continuously improving learning programs that support employee onboarding, operational excellence, and professional development. This role partners closely with business leaders and functional teams to identify training needs, develop learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

This role is instrumental in ensuring employees receive the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to perform effectively while supporting organizational growth and talent development objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees. Prepare onboarding materials, schedules, and training resources. Facilitate onboarding sessions and ensure a positive new hire experience. Coordinate stakeholder involvement throughout the onboarding process. Conduct onboarding follow-up activities and program evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.

Coordinate and facilitate Order Entry Basic Training programs. Maintain training materials and ensure content remains current and relevant. Track participation, completion, and learner effectiveness. Support employees in achieving operational proficiency and process compliance. Partner with business teams to assess performance gaps and learning requirements.

Provide recommendations for training solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to design targeted development initiatives. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements. Redesign and relaunch the organization's Train-the-Trainer program. Establish training standards, facilitator guides, and best practices.

Develop internal trainers to effectively deliver learning content and engage learners. Evaluate trainer performance and provide coaching to enhance facilitation skills. Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using appropriate learning technologies. Convert instructor-led content into scalable digital learning solutions.

Support broader talent development and employee growth initiatives. Measure learner engagement and training effectiveness through available analytics and feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field preferred or comparable combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience. Five plus years experience in learning and development, training facilitation, onboarding, or talent development.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating learning materials, job aids, and e-learning content. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
