What you will do

Recruits, leads and mentors junior team of scientists .Understands product purification by means of FPLC chromatography (including but not limited to SEC, IEC, ProtA). Develops and reviews workplans involving SEC, UPLC-MS, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, endotoxin testing techniques and sets standards for high quality work. Monitors documentation of results in ELN Approves high-quality production reports (in PowerPoint format) and product certificates (Co.

Ts). Communicate results with broader stakeholder community. Provide general support to lab operations. Serves as SME in project team meetings with customers. Adhere to company policies and quality & safety standards and observes regulatory and safety compliance in the laboratory. Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

Degree：BSc or MSc Field of Study：chemical biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering or related fields Team management skills Experience with various protein purification and analysis techniques including SEC, IEX, affinity chromatography (protein A/L, Ni-NTA), SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC and MS Experience with handling antibodies, including modification, purification and analysis.
