Your Role

As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Your work helps create a positive impression and ensures the building is clean, safe and presentable.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and hallways, in a Class A office building: Restock restroom supplies and ensure all common areas are properly sanitized. Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. Use a mobile device to clock in/out, and communicate with the team.

What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Team player with a willingness to learn. Ability to stand for 4 hours, walk stairs, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to communicate in English. 1 year experience preferred. Reliable transportation to job sites. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
