Main purpose of the job To manage and supervise activities of employees to ensure organizational compliance and client satisfaction. High level job objectives

Qualifications

• A Minimum Tertiary Qualification or a National Diploma/Degree in the following Sciences: o Agricultural management / Crop production o Horticulture o Environmental Health or o Food Technology (Desirable)
• Experience supervising a team and/
• Experience as acting supervisor within the inspections discipline Knowledge (Essential)
• Relevant acts relating to the regulatory environment
• PPECB system knowledge, policies and procedures
• Product knowledge. Technical Skills/ Functional Skills (Essential)
• Computer Literacy
• Competency in all major products for the organization and minor products related to the area (Desirable)
• Conducting technical training and assessing and moderation training
