Prep & Line Cook

Earn $20/hour or more in total compensation (base + tip share) What You'll Do In Prep: Chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs. Label, date, and rotate product the right way, keep your area spotless, and set the line up to win before the doors open. Scratch cooking lives or dies on prep.

You'll follow recipes and procedures exactly, keep your station clean and stocked as you go, and communicate with the line like a teammate, because none of us succeeds without all of us.

Who You Are

You're steady when the tickets stack up and you never send out a plate you wouldn't eat yourself. Line experience helps but isn't required. We'll teach you the JNN way. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
