Wall) to support shop flow during production gaps. Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to ISO 45001 safety standards, logging any indirect labor or maintenance tasks during unassigned time.
Required Skills
& Experience Carpentry Expertise: 3+ years of framing or rough carpentry experience (prefab/modular manufacturing experience is a major plus). Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read, interpret, and build directly from complex architectural and structural shop drawings. Attention to Detail: High standard for quality and a zero-tolerance mindset for defects or rework.
Tool Proficiency: Expert use of pneumatic nailers, saws, hand tools, and laser measurement equipment. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and work safely around heavy moving assemblies. Work Environment This is a non-union position in a fast-paced, high-tech production facility.
You will work with a team that values efficiency, high-quality output, and continuous improvement. Year-round, indoor work with a steady schedule, completely avoiding the weather delays of traditional site construction.
