Tele-sales Representative (Work from home)

We're looking for someone who's flexible with working ROTATIONAL SHIFTS (8 hrs. per day from home permanently) and can start immediately!! Weekends: WEEKLY ROTATIONAL We can't accept candidates applying for a second job Job Description: Being capable of holding both phone and message conversations with the explicit purpose of selling information products.

Handling phone calls, texts & chats. Answering inquiries regarding the product or the company. Take and process requests in an accurate manner. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Job Requirements: FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST. (American accent) Graduates only. Must accept to work rotational shifts.

Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role. Must have your own laptop and headset. Experience in real estate is a plus. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
