We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Inpatient Case Management to join Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time leadership role is based within the Inpatient Case Management Department at Baptist South.

As a Manager of Inpatient Case Management, you will lead and support care management teams while ensuring high-quality, coordinated patient care across multiple facilities. Manager, Inpatient Case Management, Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of inpatient care management teams, including social workers and nurses, across adult, pediatric, and BMDA facilities Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for multidisciplinary staff Report directly to the Executive Director of Care Coordination Manage operations for Baptist South campus Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in care coordination Experience 3–5 years of related experience in case management or healthcare leadership Education & Credentials Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) — preferred Active Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) — required Take the next step in your nursing leadership career with a respected healthcare organization committed to excellence in patient care.
