IT Support Technician I

Continental Aerospace Technologies is seeking an IT Support Technician I to provide frontline technical support to employees across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Information Technology while gaining hands-on experience with desktops, printers, business applications, and end-user support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reset passwords and assist with account access issues. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware problems. Configure, deploy, and replace PCs and laptops. Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 and business applications. Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner. Install software and perform routine system updates.

Document issues, resolutions, and asset information. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred. 0 to 2 years of IT support experience. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 pounds.

PREFERRED CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain. Experience supporting printers, Windows PCs, and Active Directory user accounts.
