About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate and organised Customer Support Coordinator to welcome new residents and lead our administration team. Nambour Gardens Care Community is nestled in the sub-tropical hinterland of the Sunshine Coast, our charming Care Community is located just minutes from Nambour General Hospital and is well positioned to access the best that the hinterland has to offer.

Our pretty gardens are a feature of our Care Community and our chef uses our home grown produce to make delicious fresh cooked meals. We have strong community ties in Nambour and surrounds and are known for our expert care and welcoming hospitality. Our companion model of care fosters a sense of family and belonging among residents.

What's on Offer: Employment Type: Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday Remuneration: Attractive Salary + Superannuation What You'll Do: Act as a warm and knowledgeable first point of contact, guiding prospective residents and families through their journey to finding a new home. Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional administrative and customer support services.

Build lasting, trusting relationships with residents, families, and key community partners. Ensure our care community is a welcoming environment and a hub of connection. Manage the efficient day-to-day operations of our administration function.

What You'll Need

Experience in a client-facing role involving consultation and relationship building (aged care, healthcare, hospitality or community services highly regarded) Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring a team Exceptional organisational and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people An empathetic nature with the ability to manage sensitive conversations Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical Police check NDIS Worker Screening Check Coordinate with Heart Join a team where your skills in building trust and community directly bring joy to those we care for.
