Our Core Values: Treat everyone like family Always do the right thing Relentlessly pursue excellence About the Role The Production Team Member – Decking, Vinyl & Trim team plays a critical role in building the foundation of every premium pontoon that leaves our production floor.

In this hands-on manufacturing role, you'll help transform a bare chassis into the beginning of a finished boat by installing decking materials, applying marine-grade vinyl, and fitting trim components with precision and attention to detail. What You’ll Do Install plywood or composite decking materials onto pontoon chassis using specialized tools and adhesives.

Apply and secure marine-grade vinyl flooring to create a durable, high-quality finished deck surface. Measure, position, and install aluminum trim components around the perimeter of the deck for proper fit and finish. Utilize hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and production equipment to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and craftsmanship expectations are met. Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and achieve daily manufacturing goals. Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE while supporting Barletta's "Zero Harm" safety culture. Help create the foundation for a high-quality pontoon boat that will move through the next stages of production.

What Makes You a Great Fit Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal) Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
