Associate, Investment Manager

Albemarle Street Partners, part of Wisdom. Tree, is a discretionary investment manager providing financial advisers with model portfolios, multi-asset funds and centralised investment propositions. You will be one of the portfolio managers responsible for the day-to-day running of our discretionary Managed Portfolio Service — a range of risk-targeted model portfolios distributed to UK financial advisers via third-party platforms.

In this hands-on role you will own portfolio construction work within the framework set by the Investment Committee, drive the rebalance cycle end to end (portfolio construction, platform implementation, adviser communication), and be accountable for the accuracy of what reaches the platforms. You will also be expected to constantly improve processes where possible: a meaningful part of the role is removing manual work through data tooling and AI-assisted workflows.
