Title: High Speed Mill Operator Reports To: Night Shift Supervisor Shift: Night Shift Job Requirements High School Diploma helpful but not mandatory Trade School experience a plus Computer literate Able to read shop drawings helpful Able to stand for long periods of time Experience using measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers Strong attention to detail Job Summary Set up product on the High Speed Mill Machines.

Correctly download applicable programs and run the product. Operators will verify dimensions per shop drawings and forward to the next stage in production. All duties will be performed with a focus on safety. Essential Job Functions Receives product at the High Speed Mill Machines, matches with correct shop travelers Correctly orients part on the machine and downloads corresponding machine program Monitors machines as they are operating on the product Verifies product to shop drawing once operation is completed Forwards product and corresponding paperwork to next stage of production Wisely utilizes machine tooling Performs preventative maintenance as required Will be required to run multiple machines consecutively
