Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Coordinator who knows how to keep customers informed, service requests moving, and field teams supported.

This is a fast paced role for someone who is organized, professional, comfortable solving problems, and experienced working in a service based environment. Could This Be For You: You enjoy helping customers, but you also understand that great service takes more than answering the phone. You know how to gather the right information, document details accurately, communicate with field teams, and help move an issue toward a solution.

Experience in garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, home services, auto service, auto parts, or another field service industry is especially valuable in this role. You Will Be Trusted To:

• Accurately enter service tickets, purchase orders, and customer information
• Communicate professionally with customers, builders, technicians, and team members
• Help resolve customer and service issues in real time
• Determine whether an issue involves our team, another trade, or a third party
• Keep customers informed and clearly explain next steps
• Support technicians and field service operations with accurate information
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation
• Help keep service requests moving from start to finish while protecting customer trust and company interests You Qualify With:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative support in a professional service or field service environment
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to type 50 to 60 words per minute with accuracy
• Clear and professional phone, email, and written communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and the ability to follow established processes
• Reliable transportation since this is an on site position Experience That Will Help You Stand Out:
• Home services or skilled trades experience such as garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or similar service industries
• Experience working with technicians, installers, contractors, builders, or other field teams
• Scheduling or dispatch experience
• Experience working with service tickets, work orders, or purchase orders
