Aviation Vendor / Sourcing Manager Location: Remote Industry: Aviation / Aircraft Parts Trading Employment Type: Full-Time About ASC Global ASC Global is a fast-moving global trading company specializing in aviation and electronic component solutions. We work across international markets, helping customers source hard-to-find inventory, manage urgent requirements, and move quickly in highly competitive industries.
We are expanding our aviation division and looking for a highly connected, commercially minded Vendor / Sourcing Manager to strengthen our supplier network and support global trading operations. This is not a passive procurement role. We are looking for someone who understands the aviation aftermarket environment, moves fast, negotiates confidently, and knows how to open doors internationally.
What You’ll Be Doing Build and expand a global supplier network for aircraft components, rotables, engines, and aviation inventory Source and secure competitive inventory for the sales team Develop long-term relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, teardown companies, and aviation suppliers Negotiate pricing, lead times, and purchasing terms Respond quickly to sourcing requests and urgent market demands Track market trends, availability, shortages, and excess inventory opportunities Work closely with sales teams to support customer RFQs and close deals Maintain accurate supplier and inventory records within internal systems Identify new sourcing opportunities and strategic vendor partnerships globally What We’re Looking For Previous experience in aviation sourcing, procurement, or vendor management Strong existing network within the aviation aftermarket industry Knowledge of aircraft components, rotables, engines, and aviation supply chains Ability to negotiate effectively in a fast-paced trading environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven and highly proactive mindset Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Experience working with airlines, MROs, OEMs, or aviation distributors is highly preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary Commission and performance-based earning potential International and fast-paced work environment Opportunity to build and grow a global supplier network High level of autonomy and ownership Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Ideal Background This role is ideal for someone who already has relationships within the aviation industry and understands how to source inventory quickly and strategically.
