Peer Specialist - Forensic ACT Team

The PEER SPECIALIST is part of a multi-disciplinary team that identifies and implements strategies to reach out to individuals with mental health or substance use diagnoses in order to assist in creating a path for recovery. The Peer Specialist works with staff to meet individuals, survey and identify the needs of the individual and their families, assists in developing and facilitating peer support groups and other activities as needed for individuals we serve.
