We are pleased to announce that we are growing our team by adding an additional Assistant Project Manager to oversee communities in the Charlotte Area. Responsibilities

Assist with daily management of job sites and Assist Project superintendent with job schedules and oversee municipal inspections Monitor subcontractor performance to verify work is being completed in a timely manner and adheres to scope of work Perform internal inspections as part of CPHs Quality Assurance Process Maintain a safe working environment on every job site that complies with all state and federal governing agencies Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree in construction science or other relative study preferred.
