Sage 300 Accounting Specialist Hyderabad / Vizag Fulltime 6+ Years Australia Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM IST Job Description: Balance Sheet reconciliations x 3 entities (summary main accounts every month, Detailed quarterly) preparation for Monthly BAS x 3 entities month end journals (Accruals, Rebates) x 3 entities (backup support) Understand and assist with Payroll accounting tasks when required (not payroll prep or function) Preparation of monthly P&L, Bal sheet reporting pack for review (2 packs) 1st review through to CFO review Variance to budget and previous year Analysis Manufacturing accounting Inventory analysis , purchasing and stock on hand accounting STD costing and moving average accounting impact on reports Sage 300 SME as 1st tier admin Xero accounting for a USA Entity Financial accounting for four smaller entities minimal entries (RC Services, NME, Singapore & Dog Cloud Aust) Adhoc reporting and tasks as instructed by the CFO
