Learning Mentor - Parkway Primary School

We have an exciting opportunity for an additional Learning Mentor to join our pastoral team. Working under the guidance of the Assistant Headteacher, you will help identify and reduce barriers to learning, promote pupils’ emotional wellbeing and support positive engagement with school life. You will build trusted relationships with children, work collaboratively with families and colleagues, and help develop effective pastoral support across the school.

This could be an excellent next step for an experienced LSA or ISA who wants to develop their career. We are looking for someone who understands the wider needs of the child, is compassionate and organised, and believes that every pupil can succeed. This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers.
