What You’ll Be Doing: Be the expert customers turn to — over the counter, by phone, and via email — to find the parts they need. Recommend related items, share promotions, and help customers make informed choices. Coordinate orders with the warehouse to keep everything moving efficiently. Track backorders, locate hard-to-find parts, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates. Log lost sales and spot trends to help us improve. Stay current with training and product updates — because knowledge is power. Who We’re Looking For: Someone with a great attitude, solid work ethic, and a desire to grow. Mechanical aptitude and computer skills are a must. Prior experience in truck or auto parts is a plus — but not required. Organized, detail-oriented, and great with customers.

Qualifications

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent required with basic knowledge of truck/auto components. Excellent communication skills and must speak English. High school business math. Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer. General mechanical aptitude. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.

Specifically: Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift. Operate a Fyda vehicle in safe and responsible manner and in compliance with Fyda policies.
