Full Job Description We�re seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Desk / Sales Manager to join our team in Gilmer, Texas. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoys leading a sales team to success. You�ll be responsible for desking deals, coaching salespeople, and ensuring profitable, customer-focused transactions in both new and pre-owned departments.

Responsibilities

� � Desk and structure deals to maximize front-end and back-end gross profit. � Submit deals to lenders and ensure accurate, timely funding. � � Take TOs (turnovers) promptly to assist the sales team in closing deals. � � Negotiate sales terms while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. � � Help manage and price inventory with store leadership.

� � Train, motivate, and support the sales team for consistent performance. � � Maintain a professional image and strong follow-up discipline. � � Contribute new ideas and proven processes to drive dealership growth.

Qualifications

� � Minimum 3 years of automotive sales or management experience. � � Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. � � Strong knowledge of deal structure, desking, and lender guidelines. � � Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. � � Ability to take quality TOs and support salespeople effectively.

� � Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude. � � Solid understanding of dealership operations and sales principles.

Compensation
