Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Set objectives, establish schedules, and create policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent role in the automotive industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and profitability targets Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong analytical abilities and experience with inventory management and pricing strategies Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
