Sales and Marketing Consultant

Lead the sales and marketing strategy for Humboldt Commons, a new Life Plan Community in Humboldt County, from pre-sales through stabilized occupancy. This start-up role partners with the local sales office and outside marketing partners to reach and hold the 70 percent deposit threshold, keeping the Humboldt County story at the center of the effort.

Hybrid: on site at least 10 days per month, remote the rest. About 10 percent of time supports the broader TKC marketing team across Kendal Affiliates. Ideal for someone who has built occupancy in a new Life Plan Community and can do it on a disciplined budget.
