​ Key Accountabilities ： Contact with sales for define order information per customer request Design GA drawings for coming sales orders Special design for special orders Prepare design BOM and Material list for general sales orders Routing time release for new design products Onsite technical support and service, resolve manufacturing problems for production team Process standardization and prepare WI/SOP Production support for special fixtures and tools design.

Others Key Qualifications & Requirements Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher Technical Competence & Skills: At least 3 years in the industry, 2 years in same position Engineering background AutoCAD/UG/Solid works skills Mechanical design and manufacturing or related education background Leadership Competence: Experience of lead improvement projects Good communication skills Relevant Experience: Equipment fabrication relevant industry plant experience Others (% of travel, language, etc.)
