Physical Therapist

• Cullman, AL, Position Type: PRN - .3, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Job Summary: This position is for a PRN PT for our growing outpatient therapy clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior outpatient therapy experience. The therapist will provide physical therapy services to our guests in a one on one therapy setting with a variety of diagnoses with a heavy orthopedic focus. We are looking for a staff member who provides excellent customer service to our patients and has great communication skills. Job duties include: Provides initial evaluations, develops plan of care, provides ongoing treatment, revises treatment plan as needed, discharges patient from skilled service and provides supervision to LPTAs and students.

Qualifications

Education

Must be a graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy and currently licensed in the State of Alabama. Experience outpatient therapist is preferred; however a new graduate will be considered.
