Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to branch visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Execute over-the-counter financial transactions, including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals, with high accuracy. Identify customer needs and introduce relevant consumer banking products and services.

Adhere to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational risk procedures. Support daily branch administrative duties and maintain a professional service environment. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Prior experience in customer service, retail operations, or the financial services sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Familiarity with consumer banking products and operational compliance standards.
