Job Details: Job Location: FLA-Ocala Corps

• Ocala, FL, Position Type: Part Time with Benefits 20 or More, Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.50, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Property, Schedule/Hours: Monday
• Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break (28 hours per week). This position is responsible for: Cleans and maintains the buildings and grounds to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; cleans sinks and toilets, polishes mirrors, and replenishes supplies. Washes, folds, and stores laundry and linens. Empties trash cans regularly; collects trash from grounds. Assists the public in unloading and carrying donations. Drives Salvation Army vehicle to pick-up and/or deliver mail and other miscellaneous items or to transport passengers on occasion.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning activities for buildings and grounds. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Ability to maintain driving ability according to State, DOT, and Salvation Army policies, procedures, and certifications. Work is performed in a normal office environment with some exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt and dust, and/or disagreeable sights and odors.
