We�re looking for an experienced restaurant Office Administrator to build the back office from day one. This role keeps a high-volume restaurant running behind the scenes. You�ll make sure every team member�s information is accurate across our systems, keep onboarding and records in order, and be the person the GM relies on to make sure nothing slips.

Before we open, you�ll help onboard our full opening team and set up the systems and files the restaurant will run on. Get to know us: www.freerangeconcepts.com What You�ll Do Keep our core platforms accurate and up to date � HRIS, POS time clock, scheduling, and inventory � from each team member�s hire date through every position and rate change during their tenure Manage new hire onboarding, personnel files, and required certifications (TABC, food handler) Handle invoices, daily sales reporting, and deposits Support the GM and leadership with reports, communications, and special projects Protect confidential employee and business information and keep the office organized and audit-ready What We�re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality office administration experience Hands-on experience with HRIS and restaurant POS back-end systems Real attention to detail � you catch the wrong rate, the missing signature, or the expired certification before anyone else does Discretion, strong organization, and the ability to manage a heavy pre-opening workload Pre-opening or new-store experience is a strong plus The Details Reports to: General Manager Schedule: Part-time, hourly, with a variable schedule Start date: Immediate If you�re the person who makes a restaurant run smoothly from the office, we�d love to meet you.
