Leasing Consultant Location: Casa del Rio, 12751 N Plaza Del Rio Blvd, Peoria, AZ, 85381 Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Casa del Rio, a small property located in Peoria, AZ. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist prospective residents by providing property tours and answering questions about available units. Process rental applications and lease agreements accurately and efficiently. Maintain knowledge of leasing policies, procedures, and community amenities. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Work weekends as required to accommodate resident needs and property events. Support property management with administrative tasks related to leasing and resident relations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a leasing consultant or in a related customer service role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work weekends is required. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with small property management is a plus. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
