Senior Software Quality Engineer (#63)

About the Role**

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer** to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define acceptance criteria and develop robust testing strategies for complex software systems.

Your Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to craft user story acceptance criteria**.
• Analyze and decompose complex software systems to design a holistic test strategy**.
• Research emerging technologies and develop a test automation framework**.
• Create and maintain test suites** comprising various test scenarios and cases.
• Implement a risk-based approachfor test automation and perform time-boxed exploratory testing.
• Maintain the regression test suitein the QA nightly build and refine the smoke test suite in the Development CI environment.
• Lead system integration testingwith other system owners and manage user acceptance testing.
• Oversee the defect life cycle**, manage test artifacts, and maintain the test repository.
• Drive continuous improvement in agile testing practices and tools**.
• Take on secondary responsibilities as an Application Performance Engineeror Application Security Engineer as needed.

What We Are Looking For**

• 7+ yearsof experience in exploratory testing and regression test automation**.
• Strong analytical skills** and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in agile development environments** is a plus.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Robot Framework, SikuliX, Selenium, Playwright**, or Micro Focus Testing Tools** (Mobile Center, UFT, QC, and Sprinter).
• Certification as a Software Testing Professionaland/or Software Quality Analyst is advantageous.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology**, or related disciplines.
