Sheetmetal Mechanic

Metro Mechanical Services , an award-winning industry leader in HVAC Systems, is looking for a Sheetmetal Mechanic to join our team in Hammond, LA ! Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC installation or Sheetmetal fabrication experience, proficient in blueprint reading, a can-do attitude, and is an all-around team player.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation and Sheetmetal metal fabrication Strong ability to read and understand blueprints Strong attention to detail and accuracy High school graduate or equivalent OSHA 10 Required Valid Driver’s License in good standing required Responsibilities: Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and submittals Identify and layout roof curbs for installation of AC equipment and RTU’s Measure duct connections or mods in the field for fabrication Collaborate and coordinate with your onsite Foreman and General Contractors Benefits: Competitive Wage Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay APPLY TODAY!
