What You’ll Do: Supervise and mentor youth, modeling positive behavior Support daily living activities (meals, hygiene, recreation) Implement therapeutic programming and crisis intervention Foster social, emotional, and coping skills Maintain accurate documentation and reports Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, structured environment Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience Valid driver’s license preferred; must be 21+ Authorized to work in the U.
