Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and train a team of high-performing commission-based sales representatives. Manage Lead Flow: Effectively distribute and manage the company-provided leads among your team members to maximize closing ratios. Coach & Mentor: Conduct regular training sessions, role-play scenarios, and provide real-time coaching to help your reps overcome objections and close X-finity packages.

Drive Performance: Set daily/weekly sales targets, hold your team accountable, and foster a competitive, high-energy sales culture. Quality Assurance: Ensure all team members adhere to ethical sales practices and deliver an excellent customer experience. Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a sales manager, team lead, or agency owner, preferably in telecommunications, B2C and D2D sales, or a fast-paced commission environment.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: The self-motivation and discipline required to thrive in a 100% commission-based, 1099 contractor environment. Training Capabilities: Strong ability to teach consultative sales techniques and closing strategies.
