Senior Accountant- Profit Sharing Programs

Our partner is looking for a Senior Accountant – Profit Sharing Programs based in the United States. The Senior Accountant – Profit Sharing Programs will oversee complex accounting, financial analysis, and reporting for profit-sharing and retrospective programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.

This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who combines strong analytical expertise with a passion for process improvement and financial transparency. The successful candidate will manage reconciliations, validate payout calculations, analyze program performance, and deliver meaningful financial insights to leadership.
