Our supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of custodial staff and ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out by contracted specifications and quality standards. • Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM Wage: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Additional Compensation: $5.42 Per Hour Health & Welfare Benefits: Competitive and affordable Medical (including hearing & hardware coverage!), Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life insurance 17 Accrued Paid Time Off Days Annually 11 paid holidays Parental Leave and Paid Compassion Leave Opportunity for career development with our NWC Mentorship Match program Retirement 401(K) with a company match Employment Assistance Program (EAP), including six free therapy sessions per year Physical Wellness Reimbursement Program - $25 per month Student Loan Contribution Program - $50 per month Check out the entire list of benefits Northwest Center has to offer here: http://www.nwcbenefits.com/ Essential Duties: Overseeing the daily operations of custodial staff within a designated geographical area of contract sites Knowledgeable in floorcare Ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out by contracted specifications and quality standards Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the custodial team by performing time studies and staff evaluations Regularly collecting quality data and record keeping, such as daily logs, employee time sheets, and work reports Monitoring and maintaining supply inventory control of the designated geographical area Investigating and reporting any accidents, incidents, or damage to property Conducting monthly safety inspections of all NWC supplies and equipment Maintaining knowledge and skills pertaining to the time study and contractual processes as required Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in custodial services, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role Current Drivers License and ability to drive Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities Commitment to Northwest Center’s mission of inclusion and ability to work successfully in a diverse environment Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with people of all ethnicities, disabilities, and communication barriers Professional appearance and attitude, with excellent customer service skills Northwest Center is committed to offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
