We're looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The Role As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless service experience from drop-off through to collection.

Welcoming customers and checking in vehicles Keeping customers informed throughout the service process Coordinating with technicians and workshop staff Explaining completed work and recommendations Booking future servicing and maintenance appointments Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day You will: Have outstanding customer service and communication skills Enjoy building relationships with people Be organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Thrive in a busy team environment Take pride in providing a premium customer experience Candidates from hospitality, retail, tourism, or other customer-facing industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
