October 19, 2026 Internal Closing Date: October 26, 2022 External Closing Date: November 3, 2026 Position: Security Supervisor Site: MaRS Discovery City: 101 College Street, Toronto Status: Full Time Hours: Continental Days Pay Rate: $21.86 /hr. Job Description: The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities and job performance of Security Guards assigned to all areas belonging to their facility. Other duties as assigned. Essential Job Functions: Provides leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching and training Ensures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift Ensures site staff adhere to all Paladin Security and site-specific security policies and procedures Motivates staff and issues commendations Disciplines staff when necessary and ensures proper documentation is passed on to head office Attendance Management Performs security audits Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints Provide proactive and reactive security patrols.

• Proof of x2 dose vaccines from Covid - 19 A Valid Ontario Security Guard License A valid WSIB Approved First aid and CPR Level C Proficient in English (both oral and written) At least two years’ of security experience in a team lead role would be an asset Post Secondary education in a law enforcement/security program from a recognized college Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act Superior written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy Why Paladin Security?
