Requirements

Must possess a current CNA certification or currently be enrolled in a CNA certification program. Long Term Care experience, customer service or other caregiving experience is desired. Patience and Desire to work with older adults.

Summary of Responsibilities: Provide quality care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality. Support, participate in developing and follow residents individualized plan of care.

Assist residents with their needs such as grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, communicating, attending activities or other needs. Maintains the comfort, privacy, rights, and dignity of residents and interacts with them in a manner that displays warmth and promotes a caring environment.
