English Instructor, Part-Time

Position Available : In-Person English Instructor, Part-Time at Main Campus and Extension Sites The Division of Humanities, Fine Arts, and Social Sciences at IVCC is seeking part-time English Instructors to teach in-person course sections of English Composition. Applicants may also be considered for future, on-going teaching assignments in English Composition at the Main Campus, at the Extension Campus in Ottawa, IL, and at Dual Credit high school locations.

Qualifications

Master's degree in English, OR Master's degree in a related field and 18 graduate credit hours in English, with a focus on Rhetoric & Composition preferred. Graduate coursework must be from an accredited college/university. Previous teaching experience in higher education is preferred. Applicants must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This position does not provide reimbursement for travel expenses.
