Learning and Development Facilitator

Bring learning to life at Waukesha State Bank! We are seeking an engaging, energetic Learning and Development Facilitator who is passionate about helping employees learn, grow, and succeed. In this role, you will serve as a key learning resource for entry- to mid-level employees across the Bank, facilitating programs ranging from new hire onboarding to retail training in lending, teller operations, and new accounts.

You will create welcoming, engaging learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques, including discussion, role play, team activities, hands-on exercises, and virtual learning. You will adapt your approach to meet the needs of different learners, encourage participation, and make training practical and meaningful.

This role extends well beyond classroom facilitation. You will help ensure training remains relevant, accurate, and aligned with Waukesha State Bank's products, processes, and practices. You will identify opportunities to enhance existing programs, develop new learning content, and maintain learning resources within the learning management system and intranet. You will also assist with managing L&D technology, including ABA's Cornerstone OnDemand and Articulate 360. Additionally, you will have opportunities to represent WSB through financial literacy initiatives and professional learning events throughout Waukesha County.

If you are a natural communicator who finds genuine satisfaction in helping others reach their potential, we would love to meet you! The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of retail banking experience, strong operational knowledge and attention to accuracy, and a working understanding of consumer lending. Most importantly, you will be able to translate your banking experience into engaging, practical learning experiences.

This is an onsite position in Waukesha County, WI
