0 Pay: $38.00–$63.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 Relocation Assistance: Available Key Responsibilities Lead nursing operations, staffing, and clinical team performance. Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and effective care planning. Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and nursing standards .

Lead quality improvement, audits, and survey readiness . Oversee clinical documentation, assessments, and EMR processes. Develop, mentor, and support nursing staff. Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or applicable equivalent Current RN license Current CPR/BLS certification Nursing leadership/supervisory experience preferred Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Why Join?
