Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice Must have a negative 2-step TB test within the last 12 months of the hire date Current CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
