Diagnoses mechanical issues and performs repairs safely and efficiently. Conducts preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Maintains accurate service, inspection, and repair records. Identifies and reports safety or mechanical concerns promptly. Assists with troubleshooting facility and operational equipment.

Keeps tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe. Follows all safety procedures and company guidelines. Coordinates repair priorities and parts needs with supervisors. Performs other assigned duties.

Requirements

Requirements for Automotive Technician/Mechanic: 2+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience. Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required. Good set of tools (specialty tools provided). Knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques. Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and staff. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Able to prioritize tasks and handle urgent repairs. Works independently and as part of a team. Reliable, accountable, and professional. Physical Requirements for Automotive Technician / Mechanic: Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
