Safety and Training Coordinator - Willows, CA

Masters Gallery Foods is seeking a Safety and Training Coordinator to lead employee safety, compliance, onboarding, and workforce development programs at our Willows, California facility. This position plays a key leadership role in building a strong safety culture while ensuring employees receive the training and support needed to perform safely, efficiently, and successfully.

Reporting to the Vice President of Risk & Loss Control and Training Program Manager, the successful candidate will partner with operations, maintenance, quality, and human resources to drive continuous improvement in safety and employee development.
